Please carefully read and adhere to these rules and regulations to create a positive experience for all attendees. Purchasing a ticket and attending our events signifies your agreement to follow the guidelines below.
General Conduct
- Respect for Others
- Please treat all attendees, staff, and performers with courtesy and consideration.
- Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will cause immediate ejection from the event with no refund.
- Respect for the Venue
- Please follow all instructions from event staff and venue rules.
- Avoid causing damage to the location, including walls, furniture, and other belongings.
- Personal Belongings
- Please keep your belongings secure. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Safety Guidelines
- Adherence to Safety Protocols
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and instructions provided by event personnel, including emergency evacuation procedures.
- It is strictly forbidden to tamper with fire alarms, exits, or other safety equipment.
- Prohibited Items
- The possession of weapons, illicit substances, or any potentially harmful items is strictly forbidden.
- Security screenings will be conducted at entry for everyone’s safety.
- Consumption of Alcohol
- The consumption of alcohol is restricted to attendees who have attained the age of 18 or the applicable legal drinking age.
- Please drink in moderation. Attendees showing inebriation beyond acceptable levels may be dismissed from the event
Use of Equipment and Goods.
- Event Equipment
- All event-provided equipment (sound systems, decorations, game props, etc.) must be handled carefully.
- Those who wilfully damage equipment will be held financially responsible for repairs or replacements.
- Merchandise and Goods
- Please check your goods and merchandise before exiting the event venue if you made any purchases. Refunds may not be issued after departure.
Ticketing Policy
- Non-Refundable Tickets
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling by the event organiser.
- Ticket Transfers
- The transfer of tickets is not permitted except as expressly stated. Should you not attend, we encourage you to contact us to explore other possibilities.
Photography and Media
- Photography Consent
- Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes; your attendance signifies your consent to this. If you don’t want your picture taken, please tell a staff member when you arrive.
Code of Respect
- Zero Tolerance Policy
- Any person engaging in violent, thieving, or vandalism that compromises the safety and enjoyment of others will be immediately removed from the premises and will not receive a refund.
- Community Spirit
- Let’s create a fun, welcoming space where everyone feels included and can celebrate together.
